SCHOLARSHIPS

Colleges and Universities have a number of scholarships to support deserving students the change to pursue their tertiary studies. They are offering prominent scholarships to students on the basis of their excellent academic performance. This is to motivate students who are able to demonstrate a strong commitment to learning and provide them the opportunity to develop their potential. Other scholarships are based on students’ academic achievement and other criteria such as participation in co-curricular activities and sports. This aims to encourage students to excel in sports while pursing academic excellence in Colleges and Universities.


PTPTN Loan

National Higher Education Fund. It is a study loan funded by the Malaysian government, and has a low interest rate of 1% per annum. In terms of interest rates, the PTPTN loan is the best option. This education financing will enable students to finance fully or partially the course fees and their cost of living during their time of study. PTPTN education financing is offered to students pursuing their studies at public (IPTA) and private (IPTS) Institutions of higher education locally.


PTPK

Skill Development Fund (PTPK) provides financial assistance in form of loan to skills trainees especially school leavers. PTPK is providing skills training loan to individual such as school leavers, graduates and others who are interested in pursuing Malaysian Skills Certification(SKM), Malaysian Skills Diploma(DKM) and Malaysian Advanced Skills Diploma (DLKM) at Public or Private Skill Training Providers accredited by DSD.


KWSP

This withdrawal for education is from account 2, to finance your childrens’ education (including step-children and legally adopted children) for Institution of Higher Learning either locally or aboard.

  • Study Programs Allowed – Academic/ professional / skill-based / vocational courses in an authorized institution of higher learning.
  • Education Level Allowed – Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree, Doctor of Philosophy or equivalent level.
  • Courses Allowed – Local Institutions of higher Learning.
